Plan of Attack for Christmas

Well everyone else has done one so this is my plan of attack.
I have weigh in tonight so I plan to stay the same for the next fortnight as my next weigh in is the 29th December. I think I have lost about 0.5 to 1kg this fortnight so I should be around 87.xx or something.
So hopefully I can be fairly good over the next two weeks and still be the same. I have the 3 days off during xmas new year so from the 23rd to the 2nd will be my bad period.

I will be counting points until Friday 23rd and then I am not going to count points again til the Monday 2nd January.

I am going walking for at least 30mins every day over the xmas break.

I am going to only eat when im hungry and not stuff my self on everything.

Drink at least 1Litre of water every day during the break (I find it hard to remember to drink when im at home or on the weekends – its easy when im sitting at my desk as I take 1.5Litre bottle with me and it haunts me all day long)

Anyways lunch break finished

Ramblings of the weekend

Hey all,
Well it has been a few days since my last post (sounds like im talking to a priest about my confessions – hehehe)
On Thursday night I went out with my sister and family for dinner as it was my sisters bday on sat. it was a nice night just went to the local club and had steak salad and chips. (only ate half the chips)
Then Friday night I went with sister and boyfriend and a few other friends to see Adam Brand. He was really good and so was his supporting act the sunny cowgirls. After the concert we ended up at the pub and stayed out til 2am, then I had to drive home so I got into bed by 3am (yes that’s right I was driving so no naughty points on alcohol)
Then sat I slept in til dave got home from work which was 1pm. (oops – oh well)
In the arvo I helped hubby with building the dog house and I painted. And then finished the painting on Sunday. And the general house duties on Sunday.
Hope everyone had a good weekend. I have been reading the blogs just a bit slack on leaving comments. I will catch up sometime this week

Vegies and Eggs

Here are a few photos of our house, mainly the photos of my chook house and vegie patch.
This first photo is a lovely photo of the back yard when we first brought it in oct 2004. there were 2 hawthorn bushes that we quickly got rid of.

this photo is how the back corner looks now. there is a chook house and a vegie patch in the corner.

this is a photo of the taj ma chook house, we built this out of recycled paletes and stolen chook wire (i stole the wire of my parents fences, we no longer have horses so there was no need for the wire) if you look close enough you may see a few chooks. we had 6 and a rooster, the rooster quickly went, bloody thing kept waking us up at stupid hours, we have only 5 chooks now as one died.

the next few are pics of the overgrown vegie patch. we have tomatoes, lettuce, capsicum, cucumber, onion, spring onion, chives, celery, carrot, zucchini, potatoes, i think thats about it oh and corn.

anyways dinner nearly ready. im making sweet chilli chicken, first time so i will tell ya what it taste like.

Here are some photos of what I got up to at my xmas party. We had a carnival theme for the night so you can al imagine what type of crap food we had. Yep hotdogs, choc tops, popcorn and fairy floss. I had all but the fairy floss, even though I love the stuff tooooo much sugar for me. The first one is the fly wall, you get dressed up in a Velcro suit and jump up and get stuck on a wall then we had a jumping castle and a mechanical surf board and also reverse bungy, this was fun you tie yourself to a bungy cord and run fast as you can and then get flung backwards.

the night was good. But I left at about 10pm as I was tired and wasn’t in the mood for standing around talking.

On the weekend we put up our xmas lights ( I will post a picture when I connect them all up) and then Sunday went to my niece 16th party.

Anyways better do some work
